bullet As of March 15, 2008, REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! If you would like to be put on a waiting list, send an email to the Camp Coordinators.

bullet Each PayPal payment should include an additional $3 to cover PayPal fees.
bullet Other Payment Information
bullet Payment types may be mixed; for example, you could send your deposit by check and then make your second payment through PayPal.
bullet Once you've made your initial payment (due on December 7, 2007), you may pay off your balance or make early payments at any time.
bullet Payments are due by the due dates stated. Allow sufficient time for mailed checks to reach Tennessee by the due date. If you know that your payment will be late because of unforseen circumstances, please let us know. We promise we won't bite! If you quit making payments and do not contact us, your spot may be forfeited and you may be ineligible for a full refund.
bullet Cancellations will be handled on an individual basis. If you have to cancel, we will make every effort to give you a full refund. However, please understand that we may have to deduct nonrefundable amounts that were required in advance by service providers.

bullet Important Note! This rambles a bit but contains important info! December 7, 2007, is the "due date" for the initial registrations and deposits. At that time, we must begin making guarantees to the hotel and other venues. However, the last day to register in order to assure your spot is February 1, 2008, as our hotel block will be released shortly thereafter. Registrations after February 1 will be on a "let us see what we can do" basis.

bullet Another Important Note! Okay, so now you're wondering why you should register and pay your deposit by December 7 when you can slide by until February 1. A couple of reasons actually but the one that's most important to you is that the name of everyone registering and paying the deposit by December 7 will go into a drawing for ~~~drum roll, please~~~ a FREE FREE FREE upgrade to a suite!! You'll be the envy of all other Trixie Campers! The drawing will be held on New Year's Day. One lucky camper will have a perfectly perfect start to the new year!
